Dom Pfister (16/17U)
Coach Dom Pfister is the founder and program director of E2E, a premier basketball development program dedicated to elevating athletes to the next level. Having coached over 500+ athletes—from youth to the professional level—Coach Pfister has built a reputation as one of the top developmental minds in the game.
From 2020 to 2024, he served as the head coach at UW–Fond du Lac, where he revitalized the program and led it to the best winning percentage in school history (51–14). His 2024 team captured both the Conference and Tournament Championships for the first time ever, defeated the #1 ranked team in the country, developed nine All-Conference players and a Conference Player of the Year, and helped 11 players advance to four-year programs. In just three seasons, his teams won more games (51) than the previous decade combined (39).
Most recently, Coach Pfister coached at the Division II NJCAA level at Bryant & Stratton, where his team finished as Region Runner-Up Champions while continuing to develop high-level talent and compete on a national stage.
A former multi-sport college athlete at NCAA D2 Walsh University, he brings firsthand experience of competing at a high level and uses that knowledge to mentor athletes on and off the court.

Mike Michalovitz (16/17U)
Mike Michalovitz is now returning for his 2nd season with E2E Elite as the 16/17U Co-Head Coach, bringing a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the program. While this is his first official year with E2E, he was actively involved last season, assisting with various teams and providing valuable insight and leadership.
A former college football player at Minnesota State University Moorhead, Mike was a standout athlete, earning First Team All-Conference honors as a punter and defensive back and Second Team All-Conference honors as a quarterback. His athleticism and leadership on the field have translated seamlessly into coaching, where he has developed a reputation for high energy, discipline, and a strong understanding of the game.
With years of coaching experience at the middle school, high school, and AAU levels, Mike has helped young athletes improve their skills, mindset, and overall basketball IQ. He currently serves as the Horicon Community Recreation Director, overseeing youth sports programs and ensuring athletes have access to high-quality development opportunities.
Mike is a strategic coach with a passion for teaching the game, building disciplined teams, and helping players maximize their potential. E2E is excited to have him leading the 15U squad this season, where his experience and leadership will play a key role in player growth and team success.

Jermaine Kennedy (13U)
Jermaine Kennedy is a high-level coach and mentor with a passion for player development and building winning programs. As an assistant coach at UW-Fond du Lac, he played a vital role in leading the program to three consecutive championship appearances, culminating in a 2024 Tournament and Conference Championship—the first time both titles were won in the same season. His leadership helped produce 9 All-Conference players and guided 11 athletes to opportunities at four-year programs, all while contributing to the highest win percentage in school history (51-14 overall record).
A former standout high school and college player, Kennedy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his coaching. His ability to connect with athletes, develop their skills, and mentor them on and off the court has made him an invaluable asset to every program he’s been a part of.
Beyond coaching, he has dedicated himself to running basketball camps and providing guidance to young athletes, ensuring they not only succeed in the game but also in life. Now serving as the Head Coach of the 13U team at E2E Elite and an Assistant Coach at North Fond du Lac High School, Kennedy continues to make a lasting impact on the next generation of players. His commitment to excellence, leadership, and passion for the game set him apart as a true difference-maker in basketball.

Breanna Miller (14U Girls)
Breanna Miller currently serves as an Assistant Coach at Ripon College, where she plays a key role in developing student-athletes both on and off the court. At Ripon, Breanna is known for her dedication to skill development, game preparation, and building strong relationships with players while fostering a competitive and growth-oriented team culture
A former collegiate athlete, Bree most recently competed at Ripon College, where she played with toughness, versatility, and a team-first mindset.
Before finishing her career at Ripon, Bree also competed at the University of Dubuque, gaining valuable collegiate experience that shaped her understanding of the game at a high level. A graduate of Fond du Lac High School, Bree has been dedicated to basketball from an early age and understands what it takes to grow through every stage of development.
As a coach, Bree is committed to building fundamentally sound, confident, and competitive athletes. Her philosophy centers on skill development, basketball IQ, and leadership , helping players not only improve their individual game, but also understand how to positively impact a team.
Bree believes in creating a culture built on accountability, hard work, and encouragement. Her goal is to help each player develop technically, mentally, and emotionally while fostering a love for the game that lasts far beyond one season.

Marley Wesenberg (14U Girls)
Marley Wesenberg joins the E2E Elite coaching staff as an assistant coach for the 14U girls team. Marley played her high school basketball at Lourdes Academy, where she was part of a successful program that consistently competed at a high level during her four-year career.
After high school, she continued her involvement in the game at Ripon College, serving as a student manager for the women’s basketball program. During her time there, she gained valuable experience working with coaches and players while learning more about the preparation, organization, and development that goes into running a college basketball program.
Marley developed a strong passion for the coaching side of the game and is excited to help young athletes grow both on and off the court. She brings great energy, enthusiasm, and a love for basketball to the E2E Elite program.

Dre Kelly (15U)
Coach Dre Kelly enters his second year with the E2E Elite program after making an immediate impact in his first season. As the 15U head coach last year, Coach Kelly led his team to a historic 12–0 start, the best start in program history, while also capturing multiple tournament championships along the way. His ability to build winning habits early set the tone for one of the most successful seasons at that level.
Coach Kelly will return to lead the 15U team again this season, continuing to build on that momentum and develop the next group of athletes within the program. While he will not be moving up with last year’s roster, his leadership and standard of excellence remain a key part of E2E’s foundation.
A standout multi-sport athlete in high school, Dre excelled in both football, track and basketball, making his mark especially on the football field. He went on to pursue his football career and currently plays semi-professional football as a running back.
Off the court, Coach Kelly is a dedicated father to his two son, Kyjae (4) & Jabbar (7), and brings that same level of care, accountability, and discipline to his players. Known for his toughness and genuine investment in each athlete’s growth, he plays a vital role in shaping not just better basketball players, but better young men.

Brennan Bryan (15U)
Brennan Bryan is on his second year with E2E Elite and brings several years of coaching experience, having spent the past four seasons coaching football, including his current role at Waupun High School. His passion for coaching extends beyond the football field, as he has been deeply involved in basketball for years, studying the game and preparing for this opportunity.
Known for his high energy, strong communication, and passion for player development, Brennan is committed to helping athletes grow both on and off the court. His competitive mindset and leadership make him a valuable asset to the E2E Elite program.

Trey Dixon (17U)
Trey Dixon has been immersed in the game of basketball his entire life, both as a player and a coach. With years of AAU coaching experience, he has played a key role in developing and mentoring student-athletes from Milwaukee, helping them earn opportunities to play at the collegiate level. Trey’s passion for the game, combined with his ability to push players to their full potential, has made him a well-respected figure in the basketball community.
Now in his second season with E2E, Trey brings a high level of intensity, grit, and basketball knowledge to the program. His leadership style emphasizes discipline, skill development, and competitive excellence, making him a valuable addition to the E2E coaching staff.

Brenton Baker (17U)
Coach Brenton Baker is stepping into his second season with E2E Elite, bringing a fresh perspective and contagious energy to the program. A solid varsity player throughout his high school career, Brenton knows the grind and what it takes to compete at a high level.
Now on the other side of the whistle, Coach Brenton is passionate about giving back and helping young athletes grow on and off the court. His dedication, positive energy, and love for the game make him a perfect fit for our 16/17U Team. He’s coaching for the right reasons, with heart, purpose, and a clear vision for developing the next generation.
